How important is fitness to your health journey? SUPER important. While food is 85% of the challenge, fitness is how you are going to keep your body healthy, gain muscle, and look toned. If you want to see real results you need to be active and find something that works for you.
We know that everyone is different and is motivated by different things. We want to help you figure out what that motivation is and then we want to see you do it daily and consistently and be active.
Jamie is super disciplined when he has a goal. He is one of those people that won’t miss a run or a workout if he has his mind set on things. He doesn’t need someone pushing him to do it, he can just do it. For Jamie, running and home video’s like P90x3 or The Masters Hammer and Chisel are programs that work for him and he does well with them.
Kim, on the other hand, is not as disciplined as she would like. If she tries to do a workout at home she will find 1000 other things that need to be done before she workout and then will be stressed at 10:00 pm because she didn’t get her workout in. For Kim she needs to either go run and have it scheduled on her calendar, or go to Orange Theory and have that scheduled on her calendar. She needs to get out of the house so she’s not thinking about everything that needs to get done.
Every person is different and every person needs to find what will work for them in fitness. This will evolve as time goes on, but start with what works now and adjust as you go.
