Your nutrition, and what you put into your body, is the most important thing about getting into shape and staying into shape. In your journey to a healthier lifestyle you are going to find out that nutrition is 85% of the journey. If you aren’t putting healthy things into your body, your body is having to work harder to process everything, so while you are doing killer workouts, your body is having to use more energy to properly digest your food, so the work you put in isn’t going to be as effective.
I am 100% positive that the results I have seen in my journey ultimately have lead to the changes I have made in my diet and the way I look and view food now. I’ve known people who have worked out the same amount of days at Orange Theory for the same amount of time that I have, They have put the work into fitness and they are frustrated because they aren’t seeing the same results that I have. When we talk it always comes down to food.
Our goal is to help you realize that you can still eat really really yummy food during this journey. You won’t starve and you won’t be eating cardboard… your food will actually be fresher than you are probably used to, and end up having more flavor. You’ll be amazed at the difference that your taste buds will taste, as well as how your body will respond.
The key is to eat clean…. which pretty much comes down to 2 major things… GET RID OF PROCESSED FOODS and CUT OUT SUGAR. If you do those two things you’ll see a significant difference in your health.
