21 Day Fix

21 day fix is simple fitness, simple eating, and fast results. This is a nutrition and fitness program that make losing weight so simple, anyone can do it.  This program is about easy-to-follow portion control and 30 minute workout to take all guess work out of losing weight. Following this program, you will see results fast – up to 15 lbs in only 21 days!

This program was designed and is hosted by Autumn Calabrese. She is a celebrity trainer, busy mom, and national level bikini competitor.

Portion control matters, even when eating “healthy”.  It can be incredibly hard  to fit exercise and healthy eating into a jam-packed schedule. That is why  the 21 Day Fix uses  short but effective workouts that take only 30 minutes a day, along with a simple eating plan that doesn’t require you to spend hours in the kitchen.
