The Masters Hammer & Chisel

The Masters Hammer and Chisel brings together two of Beachbody’s top trainers in Sagi Kalev and Autumn Calabrese.

Sagi is a two-time Mr. Israel, creator of the Body Beast program, and expert on workouts that develop muscle and build bulk. Autumn is a celebrity trainer, best selling author, creator of 21 day fix, and has competed at the national level in several bikini competitions. She is known for workouts that tone and firm, as well as helping with nutrition and portion control.

This program was designed specifically to help you craft a powerful, perfectly defined body.

It is for both men and women looking for a comprehensive resistance-training or muscle-building program. There are 12 workouts – 6 hammer and 6 chisel. Each last only around 30 minutes but will give you a serious workout!

This is the program that Jamie is going through the first 60 days of 2016. He is trusting this program to take his marathon running to the next level. To continue improving race times, Jamie is counting on this program to overhaul his nutrition, to lean out, and then to build muscle.
