Autumn is a celebrity trainer, best selling author, creator of 21 day fix, and has competed at the national level in several bikini competitions. She is known for workouts that tone and firm, as well as helping with nutrition and portion control.

It is for both men and women looking for a comprehensive resistance-training or muscle-building program. There are 12 workouts – 6 hammer and 6 chisel. Each last only around 30 minutes but will give you a serious workout!
